Holly’s Introduction
“I believe in getting to know each individual client case to better help you on the road to recovery, while using my education, experience and natural abilities.
The human body has an innate capacity to overcome injuries and to rebalance itself, given the right conditions and treatment plans. When we truly listen to what our bodies need, healing can begin.
I will listen to your story. Often, just understanding your symptoms and the cause of injury can show us what is going on in your body. If we need to get a clearer idea of what is happening, we may choose to use orthopaedic and neurokinetic assessments to find the root problem.
From there, we will discuss and personalize a treatment plan and you will be given home care stretches and exercises that will work with your body, so that it can start to heal.
Healing is not often easy or fast, but if you are ready to begin, I am here to support you.”
